Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

Tracking information may take up to 12 hours to become active after shipment.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.

Admin Demand is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by customers. If you notice an error, contact us immediately

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist in finding a suitable resolution.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, Admin Demand is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carrier disruptions

  • Customs inspections

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Incorrect customer information

  • Other circumstances beyond our control
